Partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the northern portion of the region. Elsewhere, fair to partly cloudy skies with a few scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave will continue to cause cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly over the northern portion of the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

A broad area of low pressure located about 650 miles east-northeast of the Leeward Islands, has a high chance of tropical cyclone development during the next 48 hours. This system is moving toward the northwest near 15 mph or 24 km/h and poses no direct threat to our region.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
