Moisture and instability over the Eastern Caribbean region, will continue to cause periods of cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

A weak tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This wave is expected to affect our region late Friday into Saturday.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.

A third tropical wave, located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 8 mph or 13 km/h. This wave has a high chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next seven days.
