TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moist and unstable conditions will continue to generate some cloudy periods with showers and thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles, during the first half of the forecast period. The Atlantic High-Pressure System will become the dominant feature thereafter.
A broad area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic has become better organized. Additional development of this system is expected and a tropical depression is likely to form over the weekend. This system is moving slowly westward near 8 mph or 13 km/h. Residents in the Lesser Antilles should continue to monitor the progress of this system.
