TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-pressure System will maintain moderate to brisk easterly winds and stable conditions over the region, during the next 24 hours.

A weak tropical wave is located just east of the Lesser Antilles. No significant shower activity is associated with this feature. Some scattered showers can be expected mainly across the far southern Windward Islands during the forecast period.

Two other tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic, are moving westward near 17 or 28 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next 7 days.
