TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-pressure System will maintain moderate to brisk easterly winds over the region, during the next 24 hours. Patches of low level clouds drifting along this wind flow, will cause some scattered showers over parts of the region during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h and is expected to affect our region from late Tuesday into Wednesday.

A second tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
