TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High-Pressure System will generate moderate easterly winds and maintain generally stable conditions over most of the Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.
A tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. Shower activity associated with this wave is expected to affect the extreme southern portion of the region today and gradually spread northward over the remainder of the region tomorrow.
An area of low pressure located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic, is producing disorganised shower and thunderstorm activity. Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development, and this system is likely to become a tropical depression during the next day or two while it moves westward to
west-northwestward across the eastern and central tropical Atlantic.
