The Atlantic High-Pressure System will maintain light to moderate easterly winds and generally dry and stable conditions over the islands today. However, by late evening, a weak tropical wave will bring an increase in moisture over the region, which will lead to some cloudy periods with a few showers over the islands, during the forecast period.
Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h. This wave is expected to affect the region on Friday.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next 7 days.
