WEATHER SUMMARY

A tropical wave located just east of the southern Windward Islands is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. This system, in combination with a surface trough presently located over the Leeward Islands, will cause some showery periods with isolated thunderstorms over the region during the next 24 hours.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality across the Eastern Caribbean region, over the next few days.
