TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of Windward Islands is expected to affect mainly the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period. This wave has a low chance of tropical cyclone development during the next seven days, as it moves westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 9 mph or 15 km/h.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will cause a reduction in visibility and air quality across the region for the next couple of days.
