TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A moderate easterly wind flow is expected across the Eastern Caribbean region, during the forecast period. Low-level clouds moving with this wind flow, will cause a few scattered showers over the southern half of the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality across the region, during the next couple of days.

A tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This wave is expected to affect our region from late Sunday into Monday.

Another tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
