Over the Windward Islands and areas further south, fair at first, becoming generally cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms from late afternoon. Elsewhere, fair skies, becoming cloudy at times with some scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave located over the western tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. Cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms associated with this wave is expected over the southernmost portion of the region from this afternoon, gradually extending northward over the remainder of our region, during the forecast period.

A second tropical wave, located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h and is expected to affect mainly the southern half of the region from Monday evening into Tuesday.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic, during the next 7 days.
