TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
A weak tropical wave will cause some light to moderate showers over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period. This wave is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
A second tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h.
A third tropical wave with an associated area of low pressure has moved off the west coast of Africa today. Environmental conditions are forecast to be marginally conducive for development and a tropical depression could form by the middle or latter portion of this week, while the system moves generally westward near 15 to 20 mph across the eastern and central Tropical Atlantic.
