TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The remnants of Tropical Storm Dolly, identified as a strong tropical wave, will continue to produce heavy showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds mainly over the northern portion of the region during the next 24 hours.
A plume of light to moderate concentrations of Saharan dust is expected over the region from late Monday causing a reduction in air quality and visibility.
Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
