TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

An upper level trough together with an approaching tropical wave, will cause an increase in cloudiness, shower activity and possibly isolated thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. Some slow development of this wave is expected over the next few days.

A third tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

Also, a small area of low pressure located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic has a low chance for tropical cyclone formation during the next five days. This system poses no threat to our region.
