The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate north-easterly to easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean during the next 24

hours.

Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in air quality and visibility over our region during the forecast period.

A strong tropical wave located about 570 miles or 917 kilometres east of the Windward Islands is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. This system has a

low chance of development during the next five days and is expected to affect portions of the Windward and Leeward Islands on Sunday.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This system has a medium chance of development during the next five days.
