At 11:00 pm last night, the remnants of Tropical Depression Wilfred were located near latitude 15.9 degrees north, longitude 47.4 degrees west or about 925 miles or 1490 kilometres east of the Lesser Antilles.  The remnants are moving toward the west near 17 mph or 28 km/h and this general motion should continue during the next day or two. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph or 55 km/h with higher gusts however, winds should continue to decrease over the next couple of days.

A tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
