Over the northern Leeward Islands, it will be fair to partly cloudy skies with a few brief showers. Further south skies will be fair to partly cloudy and hazy at first, becoming partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy with some scattered showers from tomorrow afternoon.

WEATHER SUMMARY

The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next couple of days.

Moisture and instability associated with a weak low-level trough is expected to cause some cloudy periods with scattered showers over the central and southern Lesser Antilles from tomorrow afternoon.

The alert level at the La Soufriere volcano in Saint Vincent has been downgraded to Orange as a result of reduced activity over the past couple of weeks. However, interests in Saint Lucia and the south-eastern Caribbean region are advised to continue monitoring official sources for updates.
