TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High Pressure System continues to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region during the next few days.
Patches of low level clouds drifting along this wind flow will cause a few brief showers over our region during the forecast period.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality over our region, during the next 24 hours.

A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h. This wave is expected to affect the Lesser Antilles from late Wednesday into Thursday.

Another tropical wave together with a low pressure centre, located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h. This system has a low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over the next five days.

The alert level at the La Soufriere volcano in Saint Vincent remains at Orange.
