Fair and hazy skies becoming cloudy at times with a few brief showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High Pressure System continues to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and fair to occasionally cloudy conditions across the Eastern Caribbean region.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will continue cause a reduction to air quality and visibility over our region, during the next 24 hours.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This wave is expected to begin affecting Saint Lucia and the southern Lesser Antilles from Wednesday.

Another tropical wave over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic, has a low chance of development over the next few days. This wave is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.

The alert level at the La Soufriere volcano in Saint Vincent remains at Orange.
