TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moisture and instability in the wake of a tropical wave, will continue to cause cloudy conditions with showers and isolated thunderstorms over our region during the forecast period.
An area of low pressure located several hundred miles east of the Windward Islands, is moving west-northwest near 13 mph or 20 km/h. Some gradual development of this system is possible over the next few days and it’s expected to begin affecting the Lesser Antilles on Tuesday.
Two other tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. These systems have a low chance of developing into tropical cyclones during the next five days.
