TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
A tropical wave located over the Lesser Antilles, is expected to produce showers and isolated thunderstorms over the region during the forecast period.
A second tropical wave together with a small area of low pressure, located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This system has a high chance of tropical cyclone development over the next two days, and it is expected to start affecting portions of the Lesser Antilles by late Saturday. Interests in the Lesser Antilles should continue to monitor the progress of this system.
A third tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
