TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK  

A weak surface trough extending from Hurricane Larry will produce a few cloudy periods of cloudiness and showers across the Lesser Antilles over the next couple of days.

Hurricane Larry remains over open waters and moving away from the Lesser Antilles. Larry is a category 3 hurricane on the Saffir-SimpsonHurricane Wind Scale.

Although Hurricane Larry does not pose a direct threat to our region, above normal sea swells generated by this system are expected to reach the Lesser Antilles later today.

Two tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 9 mph or 15 km/h.
