FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Over the central Windward Islands and areas further south, cloudy to overcast with gusty winds, periods of rain, scattered moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere partly cloudy skies with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
At 5:00 am today Potential Tropical Cyclone Two was centered near latitude 11.3 North, longitude 65.4 West or 200 miles or 320 km east southeast of Curacao. The system is moving toward the west near 30 mph or 48 km/h. A westward or west-northwestward motion is expected through Thursday. On the forecast track, the system will pass near the southern Caribbean Sea today and over the southwestern Caribbean Sea on Friday.
The severe weather advisory has been discontinued for Saint Lucia from 6:00 am today.
A tropical wave located just to the east of the Lesser Antilles is expected to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the southern portion of the region during the forecast period.
A second tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. Gradual development of this system is possible and it is expected to affect the Lesser Antilles over the weekend.
Another two tropical waves located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic and near the African coast are both moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
