TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic high-pressure system will generate moderate to brisk easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region. Patches of low-level clouds drifting along this wind flow, will cause a few scattered showers over the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours.

A weak tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 23 mph or 37 km/h. This wave is expected to affect, mainly the southern portion of the region from tomorrow.

Another tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 23 mph or 37 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
