FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Generally cloudy with scattered showers, which may be heavy in some locations, and possibly isolated thunderstorms over the Leeward to central Windward Islands. Over the southern Windwards and areas further south, fair to partly cloudy with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave will cause cloudiness, showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms over the northern to central portions of the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will cause a reduction in visibility and air quality across the region during the next few days.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
