TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Abundantly moist and unstable conditions associated with the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone and a trough system over the region, will continue to produce cloudiness, periods of rain, showers and thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

Tropical Depression Eleven has begun dissipating and is now a remnant low. At 5:00 pm today, the centre of the remnant low was located near latitude 19.1 degrees north, longitude 38.1 degrees west. The low is moving toward the northwest at 14 mph or 22 km/h and is expected to dissipate over the open ocean within the next day or so.

A tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
