FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over Trinidad and Tobago and areas further south, mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, fair to partly cloudy with a few showers tonight, becoming occasionally cloudy with widely scattered showers tomorrow.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moist and unstable conditions over the extreme southern portion of our region, will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over that area during the forecast period.

A weak tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is expected to affect the region tomorrow.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 6 mph or 9 km/h.

An area of low pressure located over the central north Atlantic has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next five days. The system is moving toward the west-northwest near 20 mph or 31 km/h and is not expected to pose a threat to our region.
