FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Over Trinidad and Tobago and areas further south, mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, fair to occasionally cloudy skies with some scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moist and unstable conditions over the extreme southern portion of our region, will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over that area during the forecast period.

A weak tropical wave will cause some cloudy periods with showers over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This system is expected to affect the Lesser Antillles from late Monday into Tuesday.

An area of low pressure located over the central north Atlantic has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next five days. The system is moving toward the west-northwest near 21 mph or 33 km/h and is not expected to pose a threat to our region.
