Generally cloudy with scattered moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Leeward Islands. Over the Windward Islands and areas further south, partly cloudy to cloudy at times with scattered showers, which may be heavy in some locations, and possibly isolated thunderstorms.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moist and unstable conditions trailing a trough system will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Eastern Caribbean region during the next 24 hours.

The Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be active over the extreme southern portion of the region during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This wave is expected to affect the Lesser Antilles on Wednesday.
