A surface trough will continue to cause some cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

At 5:00 pm today, the center of Hurricane Tammy was located near latitude 24.6 degrees north, longitude 61.7 degrees west or about 465 miles or 750 kilometers north of Anguilla. Tammy is moving toward the northeast near 8 mph or 13 km/h. Maximum sustained winds are near 75 mph or 120 km/h, with higher gusts. Swells generated by Tammy will continue to affect portions of the Leeward Islands during the next few days.
