TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High-Pressure System will generate moderate easterly winds and maintain generally stable conditions over the central and northern portion of the Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.
A tropical wave located just east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. Shower activity associated with this wave will continue to produce cloudiness and scattered showers over the extreme southern portion of the region and gradually spread northward over the remainder of the region tomorrow.
An area of low pressure located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic, is producing disorganised shower and thunderstorm activity. Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development, and this system is could become a tropical depression during the next day or two while it moves westward to
west-northwestward near 20 mph or 31 km/h, across the eastern and central tropical Atlantic. However, conditions are forecast to become less conducive by this weekend, potentially ending its chances for development.
