Seas: Locally rough with waves and swells 6 to 9 feet or 1.8 to 2.7 metres.

Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution due to locally rough seas, brisk winds and reduced visibility.

FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Generally cloudy and hazy with some scattered light to moderate showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms over the southern Windward Islands. Elsewhere, partly cloudy, hazy and windy, occasionally becoming cloudy with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moisture and instability in the atmosphere over Eastern Caribbean, will continue to produce occasional cloudiness, scattered showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms over the southern portion of the region tonight. A drier and more stable atmosphere is expected from tomorrow morning.

The Atlantic High Pressure System will generate brisk winds and rough seas around the Eastern Caribbean region for the next couple of days.

A plume of Saharan dust haze will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality over our region for the next few days.

Two other tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 and 23 mph or 24 and 37 km/h, respectively.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next 5 days.
