FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms is expected over the Windward Islands. Further north, fair to partly cloudy skies with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moisture and instability associated with an approaching tropical wave will cause an increase in cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Windward Islands during the next 24 hours. This wave is about 500 miles east of the Windward Islands and it is drifting westward near 9 mph or 15 km/h. Some additional development of this disturbance is possible over the next couple of days.

Two other tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic, are drifting westward near 9 mph or 15 mph.

The alert level at the La Soufriere volcano in Saint Vincent remains at Orange.
