FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate showers and isolated thunderstorms.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave located just east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 23 mph or 37 km/h. This wave is expected to cause occasional cloudiness light to moderate showers and isolated thunderstorms over our region during the next 24 hours. A plume of Saharan dust haze trails this tropical wave and it is expected to reduce visibility and air quality over our region following the passage of this tropical wave.

A second tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next 5 days.
