Fair skies becoming occasionally cloudy with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A reduction in low level moisture across the region, will result occasionally cloudy skies with a few showers across the Eastern Caribbean region.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. The wave is expected to begin affecting the region by late Thursday generating occasionally cloudy skies with scattered showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms.

Further east, second tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. There is a low chance of further development of this system, over the next few days.

Tropical storm Fred is east-southeast of the Dominican Republic and is moving toward the west-northwest near 16 mph or 26 km/h. This system poses no threat to Saint Lucia and the rest of the Lesser Antilles.
