TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in shower activity, air quality and visibility over the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is moving west near 20 mph or 31 km/h and has a high chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next few days. This system is forecast to be near the islands of the Lesser Antilles from early next week.

Another tropical wave located over the far eastern tropical Atlantic, has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next five days, as it moves westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
