FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Over the Windward islands and areas further south, cloudy to overcast with showers, some of which maybe heavy and isolated thunderstorms. Over the Leeward islands, fair to partly cloudy skies with a few showers.


TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
A tropical wave will continue to generate cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the southern Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.
A strong tropical wave located about 1000 miles east-southeast of the Windward Islands, is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. Environmental conditions appear conducive for further development and a tropical depression is likely to form during the early to middle part of this week. This system is forecast to approach the Windward Islands on Tuesday and move over the south eastern Caribbean Sea on Wednesday and Thursday. Interest in the Windward Islands should monitor the progress of this system.
Another tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
A fourth tropical wave just coming off the western coast of Africa is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.
