TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moist and unstable conditions associated with the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone will continue to affect the Windward Islands and areas further south during the forecast period.
At 5:00 am today, the centre of Tropical Depression Eleven was located near latitude 17.8 degrees north, longitude 36.1 degrees west. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph or 55 km/h, with higher gusts. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 13 mph or 20 km/h and is expected to remain over the open ocean during the next few days until it dissipates.
A tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
