Weak unstable conditions will continue to cause a few scattered showers over the Eastern Caribbean region during the forecast period.

A low-level trough associated with Tropical Storm Cindy is expected to cause occasional cloudy periods and showers over the Lesser Antilles tomorrow.

At 5:00 pm today, the center of Tropical Storm Cindy was located near latitude 21.9 degrees north, longitude 59.0 degrees west. Cindy is moving toward the northwest near 16 mph or 26 km/h, and this motion is expected to continue with a gradual decrease in forward speed over the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds remain near 45 mph or 75 km/h, with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next 24 to 36 hours, and Cindy could degenerate into a trough of low pressure by Monday night.

A tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.
