Over the northern Windwards and Leeward Islands, skies will be cloudy to overcast
with moderate to heavy showers, gusty winds and thunderstorms. Elsewhere, partly
cloudy to cloudy skies with some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
At 11:00 am today, Potential Tropical Cyclone Number Six (#6) was centered near latitude 16.3 North, longitude 63.8 West or about 160 miles or 255 kilometres west of Guadeloupe. The system is moving toward the west-northwest near 18 mph or 30 km/h. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph or 55 km/h with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast during the next day or so and the disturbance is expected to become a tropical storm later today or tonight.
Interests around the Eastern Caribbean islands are advised to closely monitor the progress of this system.

Two tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
